Dear user Train2104, I do not understand your point of view why this article should be deleted. Who suggested that ? The article describes advanced electric tool which is used at many fusion devices and also non-fusion devices, and as I know, these information on wikipedia are useful and often used by students and many other people. If you think, the wikipedia is not the right place for this article, I can delete it. With best regards , User:Adamekjiri

From a non-expert perspective, this doesn't really explain the operation of the device. This is the first time I have met this device, and I have the following questions after reading the article

  • The clickthrough caption on the image suggests that the central point is retractable to control the relative area of the outer ring, and the point. This doesn't seem to enter the article. Is it important? (for controlling A_i ?)
  • The smaller "gyro-radius" of the electrons I assume is due to their reduced mass-to-charge? Should there be a corrective term for not knowing the plasma composition, as the Z will change dramatically?
  • The term Gyro-radius is key to the operation of the device, and is only mentioned in the lede, not in the "How the ball-pen probe measures the plasma potential" section. This needs to be in this section, and either linked or explained.

Thanks! 129.67.86.87 (talk) 22:34, 3 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
